High-income customers primary banks in the UK 2023
In 2023, HSBC was by far the most commonly chosen bank in the United Kingdom among customers with an annual income of at least 76,800 British pounds. According to Statista's Consumer Insights, 25 percent of the high-earning bank account holders held their primary bank accounts at HSBC. Barclays followed, with 20 percent of the high-income customers, and Bank of Scotland ranked third, with 12 percent.
