India: number of projects under PMAY by progress 2023

By August 2023, 7.6 million units had been completed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in India. 11.9 million units had been sanctioned under the same scheme for the affordable housing segment. PMAY is a credit linked subsidy aimed to provide housing for all in urban areas.
