Openness to virtual care worldwide 2023

As of 2023, Canada had the highest share of consumers open to virtual primary care consultations at 52 percent. In England, consumers were also open to switching to virtual primary care with more than half indicating their openness. On the other hand, Germany had the lowest share of consumers that would consider a virtual appointment.
