Customer experience satisfaction rate of health insurance in the U.S. 2023
In 2023, health insurance customers in the United States were the most satisfied with the quality of mobile apps from their health insurance providers. The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) awarded a score of 84 out of 100 for the quality and reliability of mobile applications. From 2022 to 2023, there were improvements in customer experience benchmarks across all facets of the customer experience. Notably, the benchmark for call center satisfaction and the variety of available plans saw the most significant increase, surging by more than five percent.
