Number of shared ownership apartments listed in Beijing, China 2018-2021
In 2021, 9,781 shared ownership apartment units were listed in Beijing, China representing a drop of more than 2,700 from the previous year. The shared ownership scheme was introduced in China in 2017, through which eligible urban residents can purchase partial ownership rights of certain apartments jointly with local authorities.
