Behavior changes due to difficult financial situations in Portugal 2023, by measure
In Portugal, 65 percent of respondents stated, in June 2023, that they have restricted their dislocation due to a difficult financial situation. More than half of the respondents have also asked family or friends to lend them money for the same reason, while not turning up home heating has been practiced by almost half of those surveyed. 20 percent have also used a charity to get food or clothes.
