Role of the National Assembly in responding to the climate South Korea 2023, by type
According to a survey conducted in 2023 among National Assembly members in South Korea about climate change awareness, over 78 percent of respondents believed that the role the National Assembly should play as a priority in responding to the climate crisis is the enactment and revision of policies and laws related to the climate crisis. In comparison, just under 13 percent answered that the role prioritized should be the various activities related to climate crisis response in individual districts.
