An August 2023 survey analyzed how leisure travelers in the United States and Canada were satisfied with generative artificial intelligence's (AI) recommendations. Overall, 45 percent of respondents reported being satisfied with AI's recommendation quality, and 39 percent of the sample mentioned being very satisfied.
