A December 2023 global survey of distributors and suppliers of food and beverage on cruises examined the food and drink technological innovations expected to be found in the cruise industry in the coming years. According to the study, ordering apps are predicted to represent the leading tech trend, as indicated by nearly 57 percent of the sample. Virtual menus and artificial intelligence (AI) for supply chain and waste management followed in the ranking, mentioned by 47 percent and 43 percent of the sample, respectively.
