Cyber risk vectors in Italian companies 2023
As of January 2023, 82 percent of IT managers of companies in Italy reported that employee unawareness was the primary source of cyberattacks. The second major risk reported by 58 percent of IT managers was vulnerabilities linked to outdated applications. Additionally, the third significant source of cyber threats, with 41 percent of respondents reporting it, was security risks associated with third parties.
