Total fish production volume in Ghana 2014-2021
In 2021, over 539,000 metric tons of fish were produced from inland and marine sources in Ghana. This was a significant increase compared to the production in the previous year, which stood at nearly 407,791 metric tons. The volume of fish production in the country increased substantially in the period under review, growing overall by nearly 45 percent.
