Turkey had the highest self-sufficiency rate for oats among all types of cereals, with nearly 114 percent in the marketing year of June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023. Additionally, the self-sufficiency rate for cereals stood at 92.3 percent between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023.
