France: EV charging point owners by usage restriction

As of April 12, 2024, most of France's leading ownership companies of electric vehicle charging points offered unrestricted use of their charging services. Siplec, a cooperative serving E.Leclerc supermarkets across the country, was the only one of the self-reported market leaders to exclusively offer restricted use of their charging points.
