The statistic shows the average invoiced price of physical books sold by United Kingdom (UK) publishers in home and export markets from 2009 to 2019. During the period of consideration, the general upward trend in total average invoice prices was observed, and in 2017, book publishing houses in the UK reported average price of 4.82 British pounds per book sold domestically or abroad. In 2018, the average invoice price saw a decrease for the first time during the period in consideration and reached 4.66 British pounds in 2019.
