Constitutional preference for how Scotland should be governed 2014 survey This statistic shows a distribution of respondents to a survey question designed to find out how those residing in Scotland would like the country to be governed, their constitutional preference, with the referendum on Scottish independence looming, when Scotland will vote 'yes' or 'no' for independence from the United Kingdom, there is naturally a great deal of campaigning taking place from both sides of the issue.
