Share of people trusting the government in Sweden 2007-2017, by age group This statistic shows the result of a survey on people's trust towards the government in Sweden from 2007 to 2017, by age group. The share of 16 to 29-year-olds having very or rather large trust in the Swedish government fluctuated over this period. In 2017, 30 percent of Swedish residents in this age group trusted their government, which was the lowest share out of all age groups. Largest trust came from people aged 65 to 85 year, with 46 percent of respondents.
