The number of employees in the ICT manufacturing industry in Estonia decreased by 0.1 thousand employees (-1.95 percent) in 2019 in comparison to the previous year. This decrease was preceded by an increase in number of employees in this industry.
According to Eurostat employed persons are all persons aged 15 and over who performed work, even for just one hour per week, for pay, profit or family gain during the reference week or were not at work but had a job or business from which they were temporarily absent because of, for instance, illness, holidays, industrial dispute, and education or training.
