Home insurance claims handing procedure: satisfaction with process in the UK 2014
The statistic presents the aspects that home insurance claiments were most satisfied with during the claim handling process in the United Kingdom (UK) as of 2014. A total of 80 percent of respondents reported that they were satisfied with the sense of trust - not suspicion - from the insurance provider. Approximately 79 percent of the sample was satisfied with the amount of information expected out of them throughout the process.
