New apartments completed in the U.S. 2022, by metro area
In the first half of 2022, Houston was the leading metropolitan area by number of new apartment deliveries. Also in Texas, Austin had the second place in the ranking with over 4,000 apartment deliveries during that period. In 2021, the apartment supply in the U.S. as a whole reached a peak.
