This statistic shows the market size of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the Nordic countries in 2012 with a forecast to 2017, by country. Out of the Nordic countries present in this statistic, the Internet of Things in Sweden was the largest with the size of 515 million euros in 2012. In the same year, IoT in Finland reached nearly 400 million euros, followed by Norway at nearly 390 million and Denmark at nearly 380 million. From 2012 to 2017, the size of IoT is estimated to grow in all four Nordic countries. Sweden was forecasted to enjoy the steepest growth with predicted size of the Internet of Things exceeding two billion in 2017.
