Motorway toll revenues in Italy 2015-2018, by fee type
In 2018, the revenues generated from motorway toll fees amounted to about 6.2 million euros for private companies, up from the previous year. State revenues from value-added tax (VAT) also increased over the period, passing from 1.3 billion euros in 2015 to 1.5 billion euros in 2018.
