Italy: AIRC fundraising results 2021

The amount of money collected through fundraising by the Italian Association for Cancer Research (AIRC) increased considerably between 2012 and 2021. As a matter of fact, in 2021, the funds raised by the Italian association amounted to almost 161 million euros, a 57 million euros increase compared to 2012.
The Italian Association for Cancer Research (Associazione Italiana per la Ricerca sul Cancro, or AIRC) was founded in 1965 and has been committed since then to fostering cancer research in Italy.
