As of January 1, 2022 there were around 3.52 million men in the U.S. who had been diagnosed with prostate cancer and had survived. Prostate cancer is the most common type of cancer among men in the U.S., however, cancer of the lung and bronchus accounts for the most cancer-related deaths among men.
