Italy: opinion on new technologies in agribusinesses affecting foods 2017 This statistic illustrates the level of agreement of individuals on innovation processes in agribusinesses which conflicts with consumers' preferences for not transformed foods in Italy in 2017. Innovation processes can be defined as collaborative processes by which organizations abandon old paradigms in order to make significant advances. As of the survey period, almost half of the respondents (49 percent) agreed that consumers seem to be reluctant to the use of technologies which affect foods.
