Female director share in media companies in the U.S. 2022
The share of female board members in media companies in the United States reached 32 percent in 2022, up by two percent from the previous year. The annual study exploring board composition and organization looks at gender and racial distribution on media boards, as well as compensation and structure, and assists companies with addressing concerns and challenges in the workplace as well as helping with recruitment.
