This statistic shows the turnover of the manufacture of food products industry in Sweden from 2017 to 2019, by sector. In 2019, the slaughterhouse and meat cutting industry generated a turnover of approximately 25.06 billion Swedish kronor. Other sectors of the Swedish meat industry are the poultry meat industry, which created a revenue of more than five billion Swedish kronor and the meat and poultry meat products industry, which had a revenue of more than 12 billion Swedish kronor. In the same year, the fish and fish product industry had a turnover of roughly 5.5 billion Swedish kronor. The Swedish dairy industry generated a turnover of approximately 25 billion Swedish kronor, whereas the ice cream industry had a revenue worth of 1.56 billion Swedish kronor.
