Number of residential building permits issued in Czechia 2007-2020
The number of building permits issued for residential property per year decreased in Czechia between 2007 and 2020. In 2007, about 47 thousand permits were issued. By 2020, the total permits issued had dropped to about 31.75 thousand. The total number of issued permits for residential property issued in Czechia has fluctuated between 30 and 32 thousand since 2016.
