Spain: budget expenditure of the AEMPS 2003-2022

In 2022, the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS) had a consolidated budget expenditure of approximately 55.3 million euros, the highest value reported in the period. The budget expenditure of this government agency increased significantly by about 185 percent compared to 2003 when it reached around 19.4 million euros.
