The source adds the following information: "Pathology Definition Algorithm: People with ALD (Long-Term Affect) in year n with ICD-10 codes of cerebrovascular disease (hemiplegia included), and / or hospitalized during years n to n-4 for cerebrovascular diseases, excluding occlusions and stenoses of the cerebral and precerebral arteries that did not result in cerebral infarction (primary diagnosis (PD) of one of the RUMs (Summary of Medical Unit) or related diagnosis (DR), and / or hospitalized patients
of the year n for any other reason with cerebrovascular disease as a complication or associated morbidity (associated diagnosis (AD)), excluding occlusions and stenoses of the cerebral and precerebral arteries that have not resulted in cerebral infarction (and without hospitalization for acute stroke during year n).
The numbers have been rounded to the nearest hundred. Includes people with missing age.
