This statistic illustrates the main customer groups of tour guides in Italy in 2015. According to the study, the most common customers among tour guides were tourist groups (65.4 percent), followed by school groups (38.4 percent) and families (23.9 percent). Furthermore, about one in ten tour guides (11.9 percent) worked for couples. By contrast, only 4.6 percent of tour guides worked for business men.
