This statistic displays the result of a survey on the share of individuals showing interest in international news in Italy in 2017, broken down by profession. As of the survey period, 63 percent of managers, entrepreneurs and freelancers declared to be interested or quite interested in news about foreign countries, followed by 49 percent of self-employed respondents. Lastly, 36 percent of individuals showing interest in international news were housewives.
