This statistic presents the leading kitchen brands for overall customer satisfaction in Germany in 2017. Among the leading brands, Nolte Küchen ranks in first place, with 79.1 customer satisfaction points out of a maximum of 100. Poggenpohl Küchen and Bulthaup Küchen follow in second and third place, with 78.6 and 78.1 satisfaction points respectively.
Results of customer satisfaction were based on the subcategories price, product quality, range of goods, design, the image of the brand, annoyances, and the willingness to recommend.

In the overall evaluation, results of customer satisfaction were based on the sub-categories: price (25 percent); product quality (20 percent), range of goods (15 percents), as well as design, the image of the brand, annoyances, and the willingness to recommend, with 10 percent each.

For a company to be included in the individual analysis at least 80 customer reviews were necessary.
