Colombia: legal gender identity changes 2019, by type & month
In 2019, April was the month where the highest number of people officially changed their ID's gender from male to female, while the highest amount of people changing their gender from female to male was registered in January of that year. Nonetheless, 2018 was the year with the highest number of legal gender identity changes in Colombia with close to 700 new IDs issued.
