This statistic displays the most important job considerations for Millennials in the Netherlands in 2018. When asked what aspects were important for them in their future job, roughly 85 percent of the respondents aged 15 to 17 years old taking part in this survey answered that they would like to have a job that is also their passion. Only for 47 percent making a lot of money was an important aspect of a job.
