Importance of management's recognition to job satisfaction of U.S. employees 2015
This survey shows the importance of managerial recognition of job performance to the job satisfaction of U.S. employees in 2015. During the survey, 48 percent of respondents stated that the management's recognition of their job performance was very important to their overall job satisfaction.
