Monthly truck tractor sales in Peru 2021
Sales of truck tractors in Peru were severely impacted by the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in the first semester of 2020. From April to June that year, 76 tractor units were sold in the South American country, a decrease of 80 percent in comparison to the previous quarter. The industry rebounded in 2021, closing the year with around 2,800 sales, a year-over-year increase of over 58 percent.
