Italy: pharmaceutical marketing channels according to GPs
This statistic depicts the result of a survey on the marketing channels used by pharmaceutical companies to reach out General Practitioners in Italy as of 2017. According to data, the channel indicated as the most common by the largest share of GPs (98.3 percent) was the meeting with medical sales representatives, followed by continued medical education (CME), which was mentioned as marketing tool by 40 percent of the interviewee.
