International air arrivals in Corfu, Greece 2019-2021, by month
The number of international air arrivals on the Greek island of Corfu more than doubled in 2021 versus the previous year. In 2020, tourists visiting Corfu by air amounted to 404 thousand at the end of the year. By contrast, the number of air passengers traveling to Corfu added up to nearly 900 thousand at the end of 2021. In the year prior to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Corfu reported almost 1.46 million air travelers in total.
