Leading countries in cosmetic breast surgery in Latin America 2020, by share

In 2020, Brazil accounted for 13.1 percent of breast surgery procedures worldwide, making it the country with the largest share of breast surgeries performed in Latin America. In that year, around 3.5 percent of worldwide breast surgeries were done in Mexico, while three percent in Argentina. The number of cosmetic breast surgery procedures in Latin American countries reached over 600 thousand in 2020.
