Average temperature in July in Norway 2008-2018, by region This graph presents the average temperature in July in Norway from 2008 to 2018, by region. Over the past 10 years, the mean temperature in that month has fluctuated greatly in all five regions. In July 2018, Eastern Norway reported an average temperature of 16.1 degrees Celsius. The average temperature in Southern Norway was 16.7 degrees Celsius, while in Western Norway on average 13.2 degrees and in Trøndelag 14.7 degrees Celsius were measured. In Northern Norway, the average temperature was 13.5 degrees Celsius as of July 2018.
