Riga, Latvia's capital city, registered nearly 850 thousand square meters of gross leasable area in shopping centers in 2022, a slight increase from the previous year. This represents an increase of 120 thousand square meters of newly opened retail space in comparison to 2019. In 2022, Tallinn, Estonia's capital city had 678.3 thousand square meters of gross leasable area in malls.
