Number of venture capital backed funding rounds in Germany 2018
This statistic illustrates the total number of venture capital funding rounds in Germany as of July 2018, by sector. The enterprise software sector saw the highest number of investment funding rounds of any sector in 2018 at 38 rounds. This was followed by the fintech sector and transportation sector both at 20 investment rounds. By comparison, the telecom sector saw only one investment funding round during the same period.
