This statistic shows the percentage of older and younger U.S. adults that said select factors contribute to their satisfaction of health care services as of 2019, by generation. According to the survey, 70 percent of younger adult (Gen Z/Millennials/Gen X) and 75 percent of older adults (Baby Boomers/Silent Generation) said that the cost of treatment or if it is covered by their insurance influences their satisfaction with health care services.
