Regional household recycling rates in England 2010-2018 The statistic displays the household recycling rates per region in England from 2010/11 to 2017/18. It shows that recycling rates during this period were consistently highest in the East of England, where rates peaked in 2011/12 at 49.7 percent. The lowest recycling rates during this period were in London. Here, the household recycling rates declined between 2012/13 and 2015/16, although they have increased again in recent years.
