Online Drug Sales in the U.S. 2017 report Online pharmacies and drug mail order businesses have a dubious reputation in the US. Both the FDA and renowned non-profit organizations warn of illegal online pharmacies that sell medications of dubious origin, partially containing hazardous ingredients, without requiring a prescription. They presume that 94% of all online drug purchases do not comply with US law.
