Italy’s mobility services industry revenue by mode 2017-2020

Between 2017 and 2019, revenue from buses, flights, and trains respectively grew by up to ten percent in Italy. Following the outbreak of Covid-19 in Europe in early 2020 – by which Italy was severely affected – the national revenue of all modes of transport declined heavily by 30 to 50 percent in comparison with the previous year.
