In fact, the revenues in office administrative, office support and other business support activities increased by nearly 90% during 2011-2017. Interestingly, the business support services segment, which accounted for the maximum share of the BPO industry over the last few years, is estimated to make incremental progress, eating into the share of other segments such as call center activities, and office administrative and support activities, in the process.
