Nuclear electricity generation in Belgium 1970-2019

Between 1970 and 2000, the generation of electricity from nuclear power in Belgium increased significantly, rising from 0.1 to 48 terawatt hours. The following two decades have seen generation fluctuate, dropping as low as 26 terawatt hours in 2015, before increasing again to 43 TWh the following year. In 2019, electricity generation from nuclear power was 43.8 terawatt hours.
