Office space vacancy share in Ahmedabad India 2016-2021
At the end of 2021, the vacancy rate of office spaces across the Indian city of Ahmedabad stood at 45.9 percent. Thereby, vacancies slightly increased from the previous financial year. With more office space launched the rents slightly decreased by two percent compared to 2020.
