European elections voter turnout in the Netherlands 1979-2019

In 2019, just over 40 percent of the voters went to the poll in the Netherlands. This was slightly higher than five years earlier, when 37.32 of the voters cast their vote. Voter turnout peaked in 1979, at nearly 60 percent.
